Small commercial energy storage systems typically consist of battery packs, battery management systems, inverters, control systems, etc. Among them, the battery pack is the core part of the energy storage system, which is responsible for storing electrical energy; The battery management system is responsible for monitoring the status and performance of batteries to ensure their safe operation; The inverter is responsible for converting direct current in the battery into alternating current for use in industrial equipment; The control system is responsible for the operation and scheduling of the entire system.
Small commercial energy storage systems have various advantages, such as improving energy utilization efficiency, reducing energy costs, and reducing dependence on traditional energy. In addition, it can improve the reliability and stability of industrial equipment, reduce the impact on production caused by power outages or fluctuations.It should be noted that different small-scale industrial and commercial energy storage systems have different characteristics and applicable ranges, so the selection and use need to be evaluated and selected based on actual situations.

Requirements for the installation environment
The battery system shall be installed in an electrical room with a fire alarm system and automatic fire extinguishing device;
The operating environment of the battery system needs to have temperature and humidity regulating devices, the ambient humidity should not exceed 90%, and the ambient temperature should be controlled at 15~25℃;
Battery racks are installed side by side, before and after the battery racks are required to leave a ventilation space of not less than 1m to meet the heat dissipation needs;
The left and right sides of the battery rack, at least one side of which needs to be left 1m free.
Check fire extinguisher gauges and turn on fire extinguisher switches.
Equipment installation
Insert the battery pack and electronic control box into the battery rack space, the battery pack and electronic control box are labeled with codes, please install them according to the code position shown in the figure;
Display components, using M6 * 16 bolts mounted on the side of the battery frame, the battery frame left and right side of the mounting holes, according to the site placement and use habits, can be flexibly adjusted to the left and right;
Use M6*16 bolts to fix the battery pack and electronic control box on the battery rack, there are 4 fixing holes on each side of the lugs, fix the two holes in the middle first, and leave the upper and lower holes unfixed first.
