One、Project background
The customer requested a battery pack for an offshore marine monitoring equipment product and asked our company to provide a solution with the following requirements
The power supply system adopts lithium iron phosphate battery pack and solar panel, the battery pack capacity is 24KWh; with 12VDC15A, 24VDC3A voltage stabilization output function; with 43-53VDC10A power supply output function, and can control the power failure on the output; with battery pack voltage, current, power monitoring function, and can output battery information through RS232 serial port; the battery pack can be charged by solar energy and charger charging.
In response to the above request, the following options are proposed
1) Lithium iron phosphate battery pack configured for a nominal voltage of 48V500Ah.
2) Lithium iron phosphate battery pack equipped with one solar charging interface and one mains charging interface.
3) With battery pack voltage, current, power monitoring function, through the RS232 serial port output.
4) With DC48V output power on/off function, configure the control signal input interface, input high level signal (DC12V), DC 48V power on; input low level signal, DC48V power off.
5) With 12VDC15A, 24VDC3A regulated output function, equipped with 12VDC, 24VDC power output interface 1 each.
6) 1) – 5) 4 sets required for the configuration, 4 sets required for the solar charge controller, and 4 sets required for the utility charger.
(7) solar panels provided by the Party, temporarily not less than 480W, can be made according to the charging needs of lithium iron phosphate battery pack solar panel configuration requirements.
8) Dimensional restrictions are required to refer to the figure below, height <1800mm.
Two、Total Battery Solutions
A、 battery pack 15S1P-100AH-48V lithium iron phosphate battery pack (each battery pack with independent with protection plate and interface)
B.、5 batteries in parallel with 100A parallel cable
C、5 batteries with RS485 and then use the final group of 1 RS232 interface output.
D、 output the first group of batteries will be solar controller +12VDC15A, 24VDC3A voltage regulator module, charger interface, etc. All integrated in a battery box voltage regulator output function of a parallel machine to achieve 48V500AH.
