  Position Requirements.

  1. College degree or higher, with consideration given to secondary school education if they have extensive industry experience.

  2. 25 years of age or older, familiar with the ISO operating system and more than three years of quality management experience.

  3. More than two years of actual quality management experience in the factory, understand the production process of the factory, can guide the factory to improve quality.

  4. familiar with the operation of quality methods, work seriously and responsibly, rigorous and meticulous, have strong analytical and problem-solving ability, rich organization and management skills.

  Responsibilities：
  1. Responsible for establishing and improving the company’s quality management system and supervising its operation and implementation;
  2. Manage the daily quality work of the company and deal with major quality events;
  3. Establish product acceptance standards and improve relevant quality tables；
  4. Arranged and supervised the work of QC department staff, and conducted necessary assessment and evaluation;
  5. Provide the necessary training to the personnel of the QC department in order to enhance the expertise of its personnel.
  6. According to QC personnel’s daily report, make quality assessment and analysis, and follow up improvement measures;
  7. Analyze quality problems and hold relevant quality meetings;
  8. Follow up and deal with customer complaints in a timely and effective manner;
  9. Collated and standardized department statements and data;
  10. Conduct necessary review and supervision of material suppliers;
